Summary
UX/UI design for Fidelity Gourmet, a loyalty and rewards app for Grupo Bonaparte, one of the largest restaurant franchise groups in northeastern Brazil with over 20 years of experience spanning four brands. Customers earn points by scanning QR codes at purchases and redeem them for meals through an experience built on simplicity, clarity, and a clean visual style.
UI/UX Design project intro — Fidelity Gourmet loyalty app. Two phone mockups: left shows the login screen with Facebook and email sign-in options; right shows the Select a Restaurant screen with 5,467 loyalty points. App Store and Google Play badges shown. Description text reads: 'The Bonaparte Group is a brazilian restaurant chain with more than 20 years of experience. The group is the largest chain of franchising in northeastern Brazil, formed by four brands: Bonaparte, Donate, Monalisa and Capilé.'

Problem

Bonaparte Group, the largest restaurant franchise group in northeastern Brazil, needed a loyalty app that would work across its four brands. The challenge was to design something simple enough for everyday use, where customers could earn points at a restaurant and easily redeem them for meals.

Solution

I designed the UX and UI for Fidelity Gourmet, a loyalty app that allowed customers to collect points through purchases and exchange them for meals. The experience was built around simplicity and usability, enabling users to quickly scan QR codes, track their points, and select restaurants where they wanted to redeem rewards.

The interface focused on clarity and fast interactions, with a visual style that matched the quality feel of the Bonaparte brands without overcomplicating the experience.

Results

The app gave Bonaparte Group a consistent loyalty experience across its four restaurant brands. The concept included QR code scanning, point tracking, and reward redemption flows designed to be completed within a few taps, while maintaining a familiar and cohesive experience across the different brands.
